Keep on Dancing

The last year felt like a roller coaster to me. There was a lot of joy and new accomplishments and there was a lot of difficult challenges. What kept me going was laughter even in darkest moments. 2014 will be awesome. I feel it.
Having that said, KEEP ON DANCING!
Happy New Year!

The Huffingtonpost is writing:

What if a child could only see a world filled with love?
In this music video, that’s exactly what a young girl riding in a car through Los Angeles observes. People of all shapes, sizes and colors lock lips throughout the city in this touching video for the song “Love Is…” by singer Ted Brown.

In the video — and the world we should strive for, “Love Is…” free, open, colorless, ageless and everywhere!

LaIst writes:

Love is in the air and people can’t stop locking lips throughout Los Angeles. In Ted Brown’s music video for “Love Is…” strangers surprise each other with kisses throughout Downtown L.A. Although it’s supposed to be a romantic gesture, some of the kisses look like a bit of an assault on folks. We would get our mace ready. How well do you know L.A.? See how many spots you recognize.

BILLIONS DAILY AFFECTED BY WATER CRISIS

Without water, life would not exist. It is a prerequisite for all human and economic development.

Yet today, 780 million people – about one in nine – lack access to clean water. More than twice that many, 2.5 billion people, don’t have access to a toilet.

There has been significant public attention paid to the issue of water scarcity lately, and for good reason. Although water is a renewable resource, it is also a finite one. Only 2.53 percent of earth’s water is fresh, and some two-thirds of that is locked up in glaciers and permanent snow cover. But despite the very real danger of future global water shortages, for the vast majority of the nearly one billion people without safe drinking water, today’s water crisis is not an issue of scarcity, but of access.

More than 3.4 million people die each year from water, sanitation, and hygiene-related causes. Nearly all deaths, 99 percent, occur in the developing world.

MATT DAMON wants to do something about it—> He goes on Strike! …and he already gained a lot of followers!

Facts about Water:

Lack of access to clean water and sanitation kills children at a rate equivalent of a jumbo jet crashing every four hours.

Of the 60 million people added to the world’s towns and cities every year, most move to informal settlements (i.e. slums) with no sanitation facilities.

780 million people lack access to an improved water source; approximately one in nine people.

“[The water and sanitation] crisis claims more lives through disease than any war claims through guns.”

An American taking a five-minute shower uses more water than the average person in a developing country slum uses for an entire day.

Over 2.5X more people lack water than live in the United States.

More people have a mobile phone than a toilet.

Took a walk on the walk of Fame!

Just a few blocks from my house, it’s where the believers stand on the corners,
holding up their books into the sky.
Waiting for a response and I wonder, who they actually want to convert.
Blind ones tell it to the deaf.
A believer you may have to be to believe a dream,
you started to create far away from where it shall be placed.
Imagination shuttered in the outlook of blushed eyes.
The smells are used and the air is thick.
Gold diggers search for the sham of a treasure.
Footprints lead the way for those who standing still on the path.
Lights are flashing for the deers.
What most is searched is getting lost.
